    Almond Orgeat - The California almonds we use in our orgeat are harvested every year between August and October. When the almonds reach maturity on the tree, a machine shakes them to the ground where they are left to dry in the sun for 8-10 days before being picked up and sorted. Our almonds are then custom roasted, ground smooth, and turned into the world’s best orgeat.

    Demerara Gum Syrup - Demerara sugar is named after its place of origin, the Demerara region in Guyana, South America. The harvesting season spans from mid-October to mid-March. Demerara sugar goes through minimal processing, retaining some of its natural molasses content and giving the sugar its light brown color.

    Gum arabic is harvested from Acacia trees in the “gum belt” of sub-Saharan Africa, with Sudan producing 70% of the global supply. The Acacia tree is tapped and the sap is collected, dried, and processed.

    Tropical Passionfruit Syrup - Our passionfruit is grown in the central highlands of Vietnam, where the abundant rainfall and warm tropical climate create the ideal conditions for growing rich and robust fruit. The purple variety used in our Tropical Passionfruit Syrup are hand-harvested and cultivated year-round.

    Almond Orgeat has an 18 month shelf life.
